Knorr Chinese Chicken

Ingredients
2 bags Knorr Lo Mein Pasta Sides
1/3 bag baby carrots cut into strips
2 stalks celery cut into strips
1 small yellow onion (I like mine cut thicker, do as you like :)
1 cup milk

1/2 stick butter
3 small zucchini (1 Lg) cut into strips
2 large chicken breasts (1 pound)
Olive Oil

1 tablespoon chopped garlic (3 cloves)
1 tsp fresh finely chopped ginger

Work
Get the oil going in your skillet HOT before dropping in the chicken breasts (salted and peppered on both sides) Let the chicken be for a minute so that it can form a nice brown crust before flipping. Cook thouroughly and set aside.

Meanwhile, cook pasta side as directed, turn it off when there is still a bit of liquid, NOT when it looks done.

Add tab of butter to already hot chicken pan, add veggies, ginger, and garlic, and saute until they are at your desired tenderness. (I like mine a little crunchier when paired with pasta)

Cute chicken into bite-sized pieces

Mix pasta, (with that liquid!) and chicken into veggie pan, the added liquid will allow you to scrape the goodness off the bottom of the pan.

Enjoy! This is easy AND yummy!
