Sticky Quick Reference for a beginner

With all of the different coupon policies, and combining different coupon type questions, I found I needed a quick reference to answer most of my usual questions. I am still a newbie, and as organized as I wanna be, I still rife through a pile of coupons in the middle of the store with a baby and a 3 year old....enough said. Any little time saver is helpful! Rite Aid has updated their coupon policy, with the biggest changes being the B1G1 FREE coupon acceptance policy and the number of like-coupons allowed.
